This bird is analogous in physical appearance for the Northern Mockingbird but with darker plumage. They are gray-brown rather then grey and also have darker grey bellies. Mockingbirds are noted for their power to imitate other birds’ tracks. The Galapagos Mockingbird is not any exception.
